The Scoutify network

The need looks for the player. The player looks for the club.

A club publishes its recruitment need and agencies answer with their players. An agency exposes a mandate, or a player from its portfolio, and clubs register their interest. In both directions, what reaches you is already ranked against your own criteria.

The problem

A recruitment need is still told over the phone.

A fourth-division club is looking for a right-back. It knows seven agents. The right player is probably on the eighth one's books — and that agent has been looking for a club for him for three months.

Finding a player, or finding a club, before the network

  • The club calls the agents it knows, one by one.
  • The agency sends the same player to fifteen clubs, without knowing which ones are looking.
  • You get forty profiles over WhatsApp, in no particular order.
  • You decide on instinct, in the last hours of the transfer window.

Finding a player, or finding a club, with the network

  • The club publishes its need once. The whole network sees it.
  • The agency exposes a mandate or a player, and the clubs concerned see it.
  • Each side immediately knows what fits on its own books: matching players on one side, matching needs on the other.
  • You compare six profiles side by side, then you pick up the phone.

Your address book still decides who you get to see. It shouldn't.

The journey

Six moves, three trades

Nothing to install, nothing to negotiate: the network lives in the screens you already use.

1 · Club

Publish your recruitment need

One switch on the request page. There is no title to write: the card is built from the positions and the age range. Message and deadline stay optional.

2 · Agency

Expose a club's mandate

An agency carrying the need of a club that mandates it publishes that need too, choosing to name the club or to show only its league. The agency itself stays named.

3 · Agency

Propose a player from your portfolio

The same move on a player page. The player goes out to the clubs of the network, masked: no salary, no contacts, no internal note.

4 · Agency or recruiter

Answer a published need

Two clicks from the list of matching players. A message, videos and attachments if you want to make your case.

5 · Club

Register your interest in a player

A club that sees a proposed player says so, attaching one of its own recruitment needs to the message.

6 · Both

Sort, shortlist, decide

New, seen, shortlisted, discarded with its reason. Shortlisting is what opens the contact between the two organizations.

Club side

What the network sees of you is a setting, and it is yours

Publishing does not mean putting your name out there. Two levels, not a checkbox: the club concerned named, or only its league. A club publishing its own need is hidden along with it; an agency stays identified — it is the club it protects, not itself. The club's name is revealed the moment the proposal is shortlisted, not before.

  • Club named or not: the setting is made need by need
  • The league shown is always the one of the club concerned, never the sender's
  • Publish, pause, close, republish: the need stays yours
  • Track how many organizations viewed it, and how many proposals came in

Agency and recruiter side

Actual demand at last, not just filing

Every published need lands in your feed — no prior partnership, no matchmaking. And each card already shows how many of your players fit, before you even open it.

  • Filter by position, year of birth, request type or country
  • Propose in two clicks, backed by videos and attachments
  • From a player page, list the published needs that fit him
  • Measure your own work: shortlist rate, response times, and above all rejection reasons

The other direction · the agency

An agency does not only answer. It places.

Expose the need of a club that mandates you, or a player from your portfolio. On a mandate, you choose whether the club is named; a player always goes out in the open, and masked where it matters: the club judges the profile, not your file.

  • A mandate exposed to the network, exactly as a club would expose its own need
  • A player from your portfolio exposed to every club, without cold-calling any of them
  • If a very similar need is already published by another organization, we tell you — we never refuse the publication
  • Your counters: organizations that viewed it, interests received, deadline

The other direction · the club

Players arrive already measured against your needs

A player exposed by an agency lands in your Opportunities screen with the number of your needs he fits. You say he interests you by attaching one of them, and the agency sorts.

  • "This player fits N of your needs", computed before you open the card
  • An interest is registered by attaching one of your recruitment needs
  • What a partner shares with you directly lands in the same place, in its own tab
  • From a request page, list the players published to the network who fit it

Reach

Your need does not stop at Scoutify members

One public link per channel, a clean PDF, and a form through which an agent or a recruiter without an account can answer you. You finally know which channel brings answers back.

  • One link per channel — LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email — each with its own views and answers
  • A PDF of the need, ready to attach
  • External answers arrive separately, with their author's email verified

The proposal

The score that counts is yours

The sender sees a score computed with their own criteria; you see yours, recalculated with the criteria of your request. That is the one that stands, and you can open it criterion by criterion.

  • One score per proposal, detailed criterion by criterion
  • The sender's arguments: videos, reports, documents
  • Compare up to six profiles side by side, on a printable page

The rules

A market is only worth its rules

Two levels, not a checkbox

The club concerned named, or only its league: your call and publication by publication. A club publishing its own need is hidden along with it — neither name nor logo goes out; an agency stays named, since it is the club it protects. And the league announced is the one of the club concerned, never the sender's.

The player never leaves your database

No salary, no expectations, no phone numbers, no emails, no internal note: none of it goes out to the network, and none of it goes out after shortlisting either. What shortlisting opens is the contact between the two organizations.

A report goes to a human

An inappropriate proposal or need is reported in one move, confidentially. The Scoutify team investigates — no automatic blocking.
