The observation is written once, at the ground
The observation module is open to clubs and independent recruiters. The report is filled in three steps — Before, During, After — and the "During" phase is designed for your thumb, in the stand, on mobile.

A player file carries the position, age, strong foot, market value, videos and documents. On referenced players, it adds career statistics and a performance radar.

From report to plan
One position, several candidates, one feasibility
The recruitment plan lays your candidates out on a pitch: by position, ranked by priority, with a four-level feasibility — Accessible, Negotiable, Hard, Unreachable.
- The feasibility is yours: Scoutify does not compute it and aggregates nothing
- The raw signals shown next to it: current club, contract end, salary, expectations
- The plan is shared as a PDF or through a public link, without giving access to Scoutify
- On the club side the link goes both ways: from a report to the plan, and from the plan back to the report
Compatibility score
Observing is good. Comparing is deciding.
For every recruitment need, Scoutify ranks your players by compatibility score against your own criteria: position, age, foot, budget, level. Weights and margins are yours to set.
